Well you took the time to visit, so I should really tell you a little bit about myself. I have to warn you first of all, I am far from exciting. Quite dull really.

My name is Eli or Eilish or Elishia depending on how you know me. But generally I use Eli. I am a 33 year old woman living in Glasgow's southside with my very fat cat.

I work in the black arts of eBusiness Monday to Friday, as a website administrator for a non departmental government body. But I also spend time "freelance" working on various websites and web type projects, mostly for fun I have to say. ( I should point out that I am not accepting any freelance work at present).

I do a lot of work for local sports clubs and teams. I also play around a lot with my own site, so you may find next time you visit, it has completely changed.

I don't have a lot of hobbies, I am trying to learn the bodhrán, for exercise I love cycling and when I can snowboarding, I also bash the living daylights out of a shuttlecock and call it badminton. My biggest passion is learning Gaelic. This takes up a lot of my time at present and I have just came back from a weeks course in Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, the gaelic college in Skye.

This was a tremendous experience, I would go as far as to say, "life changing".

You will see a lot of gaelic and gaelic influence appear on this site and I do intend making the site bilingual (eventually).
